Over the years I  have worked with hundreds of clients including teachers, school district leadership, HR departments, boards and board presidents, members of volunteer organizations, government employees, at-risk youth, parents, and business leaders.

I have a Master's degree in International Peace and Conflict Resolution and coaching certification from Transformation Academy and Conflict Coaching Matters. I am also a trained Story Exchange Facilitator and have been trained in using mindfulness as a coaching tool by the Living Peace Institute. Additionally, I have training in facilitating interfaith dialogue,  trauma-informed practices and conducting organizational assessments.

 In my career in the nonprofit sector, I have worked as a community and custody mediator, group facilitator, coach, and trainer. 

​

Before working in the nonprofit world I helped people reach for their dreams by achieving their goals as an educator in Ukraine, China, Italy, and Hungary and as a volunteer teacher for immigrants in Washington, D.C. I bring a love of culture and diversity to all the work that I do.
