At Salinger Coaching Solutions we offer team coaching sessions for staff and managers to help organizations overcome personal challenges and team dynamics that get in the way of group success. Salinger Coaching Solutions offers packages to help teams strive to thrive in the face of chronic distrust, unhealthy responses to conflict, lack of commitment to team goals and failures around accountability, among other obstacles that stop teams from going from where they are to where they want to be. This service empowers teams to balance back better so that they can spend more time working at their best. These sessions are at a rate of $300 an hour.
Staff Retreats
Team building retreats for teams. Topics will depend on team needs and will focus on topics including building relationships, crafting group values and norms and driving mission and purpose especially in the face of change.
